What is the Audit Compliance Report?
The Audit Compliance Report is a great tool for ensuring that all of your audits and inspections are being completed across all your sites.
On the desktop, it can be found under Reports once you login:
You should see a chart that looks like this. Expand each region to see each location within it:
On the top right, you will see some filters and sorting options at your disposal.
These options allow you to choose which audit(s) you want to focus on, whether or not compliance (completion) has been followed, and the date range:
Compliance Status: If only compliant status locations are selected, the non-compliant locations will still be visible but no data will populate. Similarly, if non-compliant locations are selected, you will see their names, but no data will populate for them.
Click this icon to see which periods were compliant, and which weren't:
When you're choosing a date range, click the first date you'd like to go back to, then choose the end of the range you want to look at:
Additionally, compliance will only be shown when a date range that is larger than the compliance period is selected. For example, information for a 1x/month audit will not be shown if a 3-week date range is chosen.
