MyFieldAudits Support

The Summary Report is a comprehensive way to view results from multiple audits. It can answer a lot of different questions, including:

What are the most frequent issues that my teams are facing?

What are the details (photo, video, comments) surrounding those issues?

These are logged whenever someone performing an audit scores a question with a 

. Your Summary Report gives you the totals.

They are grouped by question, which allows you to track any trending problems across multiple locations and audits:

Sort by: Category, Audit, Total Deficiencies, and # of Resolved/Opened

Summary Report

The Audit Compliance Report is a great tool for ensuring that all of your audits and inspections are being

These options allow you to choose which audit(s) you want to focus on, whether or not compliance (completion) has been followed, and the date range:

 If only compliant status locations are selected, the non-compliant locations will still be visible but no data will populate. Similarly, if non-compliant locations are selected, you will see their names, but no data will populate for them.

When you're choosing a date range, click the 

 date you'd like to go back to, then choose the 

Additionally, compliance will only be shown when a date range that is 

 than the compliance period is selected. For example, information for a 1x/month audit will not be shown if a 3-week date range is chosen.

Audit Compliance Report

The Audit Snapshot allows you to gain a better understanding of the ever increasing number of audits being completed across your locations.

It provides you with compliance (completion) insights and aggregates all of the data across a single audit type.

From here, you can start to review the results of this audit across multiple locations, such as 

 any questions that contain multiple dropdown options to note which ones are being chosen relative to others:

Now that you've identified areas needing improvement, explore your
